Federal Polytechnic Monguno

Federal Polytechnic Monguno (FPM) is a government-owned institution in Borno State, Nigeria, committed to providing technical, vocational, and entrepreneurial education. Established to support Nigeria’s industrial and economic development, the polytechnic focuses on practical training and skill acquisition in engineering, business, and technology-related disciplines.

With modern laboratories, workshops, and ICT facilities, Federal Polytechnic Monguno ensures students are well-equipped with the skills needed for employment and self-reliance. FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC, MUNGUNO – COURSES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

School Course O’Level Requirements UTME Subjects
School of Business and Management Studies Accountancy Minimum of five (5) credits in SSCE or its equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics, Economics, and any two other relevant subjects. Mathematics, Economics, and any other Social Science subject.
Business Administration and Management Minimum of five (5) credits in SSCE or its equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics, Economics, and any two other relevant subjects. Mathematics, Economics, and any other Social Science subject.
School of Agricultural Technology Agricultural Technology Minimum of five (5) credits in SSCE or its equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science, Chemistry, and any other relevant subject. Biology/Agricultural Science and any two of Chemistry, Physics, or Mathematics.
School of Science and Technology Computer Science Minimum of five (5) credits in SSCE or its equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and two other subjects from Chemistry, Economics, Geography, or Biology. Mathematics, Physics, and one of Chemistry, Economics, or Geography.
